A Pullups Challenge I Made For Myself
I tried to increase the number of pullups I can do
There are lots of fitness challenges out there on the internet. I tried to do one that I made for myself regarding pullups. At the start I could only do one, and so I decided to create one to increase the number I could do. The reason for doing this is I wanted to challenge myself and if you want to get better at something, you have to practice it. I did this over four weeks and below you can, if you’re interested read on.
Week 1
The goal this week was to do one pullup a day.
Day 1 — June 7, 2021 — got one pullup
Day 2— June 8, 2021 — got one pullup
Day 3 — June 9, 2021 — got one pullup
Day 4 — June 10, 2021 — got one pullup
Day 5 — June 11, 2021 — got one pullup
Day 6 — June 12, 2021 — got one pullup
Day 7 — June 13, 2021 — got one pullup
Week 2
The goal this week was to do 2 per day
Day 1 — June 14, 2021 — set 1 got one; set 2, got one
Day 2 — June 15, 2021 — set 1 got one; set 2, got one
Day 3 — June 16, 2021 — set 1, got one; set 2. got one
