What a wonderful family this man has, Janice thought, a woman can certainly get used to this. The man, angus, help falling asleep on the couch shortly after putting his kids to bed. Janice lay down on top of him and pulled the blanket over them. With his wife out of the way several months ago Janice will only have to wait awhile for Angus to marry her and name her as the beneficiary of his life insurance policy and his investments, and a year after that she will be a rich woman. She kisses his lips lightly as he stirred on the couch. “Stay asleep,” she whispered in his ear, “I’ve got some great plans for you.”

On and on the months went by, Janice performed her wifely duties to her man even though they weren’t yet married. She could bide her time as she waited for him to propose marriage. Janice knew it would take a bit of time for him to get over the loss of his first wife, although she didn’t think it would take a year-and-a-half for him to finally ask her to marry him. The marriage proposal she was only too happy to accept.

It would be 3 months until the wedding, they both agreed it would be a small affair, no point making it an elaborate occasion. Just a few friends to witness their I do’s. And the day came for their wedding, her brother was the one to walk her down the aisle to give her away. And one of their friends took the two kids for the night to let the newlyweds have a night to themselves.
