Why There Is No Try

Only do or do not.

Even if you’re not a Star Wars fan, you no doubt know the quote from Master Yoda. “There is no try, only do or do not.”

Here’s a quick little explanation as to why that is the case. Pick up a pen, pencil or something that wouldn’t break if it hit the floor. Now that you’ve picked it up, try to drop it.
